Hi, I’m Joe – an airline pilot, systemic coach and licensed practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie).
After more than 6,000 hours in the air, I’ve learned that feeling safe while flying doesn’t begin in the aircraft – it begins within yourself.

Every person has their own inner landscape of stress and calm. For some, tension arises while planning or packing; for others, when boarding or hearing the engines start. This pre-flight coaching helps you navigate that inner turbulence with clarity and steadiness.

Together, we look at what happens in your body and mind when you face the idea of flying. Through systemic reflection, mindfulness, and effective psychotherapeutic methods, you’ll learn to understand your reactions, regulate your nervous system, and restore trust in your own inner pilot – the part of you that knows how to stay centered even when things move around you.

This is not about fighting fear, but about rediscovering presence, agency, and ease — so you can board your flight grounded, connected, and in quiet confidence.
